Maha Shivratri Fast Recipes

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan, keep heat low and add cheese, milk powder and cream. Mix well and keep stirring so doesn't stick to foundation of the pan. Now add sugar and saffron milk and stay stirring till everything comes together and becomes a one gathering. Mixture should be like cookie dough so you can revolve or make it into a shape. Let it cool, now add cardamom powder and mix glowing. Take small amount of mix and make a small ball or give any form like made them into a heart shape.

You will need :
  • 100 g Ricotta cheese (Full fat)
  • 75 g full fat milk powder
  • 30 ml double cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Saffron threds soaked in little warm milk
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • few pistacho for decoration
