The Child Labour is an employment of children at regular and sustained labour. In many developed countries, it has considered unsuitable if a child below a certain age of work. An employer does not allow hiring a child below a minimum age. This minimum age has to depend on the country and the type of work occupied. States passing the Minimum Age conference accepted by the International Labour Organization in 1973, have accepted minimum ages changeable from 14 to 16.
There are hundreds of millions of girls and boys all over the world occupied in work that denies them of sufficient education, health, leisure and basic freedoms, violating their rights. In 1989, the United Nations General Assembly approved the meeting on the Rights of the Child.
