When is Tu Bishvat

Tu B'Shevat, the 15th of Shevat on the Jewish calenda. Tu Bishvat is a minor Jewish holiday, usually occurring in late January or early February, that marks the "New Year of the Trees". Tu B'Shvat is the new year for the purpose of calculating the age of trees for tithing. This holiday can be celebrated by planting trees, eating fruits, and having a Tu Bishvat Seder, a ritual that began with the kabbalistic masters of the 15th century.
