In U.S.A Father's day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June. It celebrates the involvement that fathers and father figures make for their children's lives. Here celebrate father's day with great passion and lot of fanfare. On the day, people show on the invaluable role played by fathers in building the character of children and in the growth of the nation. Several people send or give cards or gifts to their fathers. Ordinary Father's Day gifts include sports items or clothing, electronic gadgets, outdoor cooking supplies and tools for household maintenance.
Father's Day is not a national holiday. Organizations, businesses and supplies are open or closed, now as they are on any other Sunday in the year. Country transport systems run to their usual Sunday schedules. Restaurants might be active than common, as some people take their fathers out for a treat. The day is observed as a time for family gathering in families, as children who are not staying with their families take time out to celebrate the day with their father. Pamper daddy with breakfast in bed and gifts like cards, flowers, chocolates and neckties is the usual way of celebrating Father Day in USA.
